Rollers

A roller is a piece of manufacturing equipment that contains two or more rollers through which raw metal is fed. The purpose of rolling machines is to compress raw metal into a thinner and more uniform shape, which is essential when producing sheet metal.

Excentric Shaft

The eccentric shaft is an important part of the fully variable valve control. The valve lift changes continuously from maximum to practically zero by rotating pivoting the eccentric shaft. It can be defined in the other way as, if a cylindrical work piece has two separate axis of rotation, one being out of center at the other, the work piece is termed as eccentric and turning of different exteriors of the work piece is known as “Eccentric Turning”.

According to the eccentricity required by the work piece, turning an eccentric shaft or eccentric sleeve in advance, then mount the work piece on the eccentric sleeve or eccentric shaft, following with fitting them together on the chuck to execute CNC turning. This solution is appropriate for short eccentric shaft.

Bearing Block

A bearing block, or a bearing housing or Plummer block, is a pedestal that is used to prove support for a rotating shaft with compatible bearings. Pillow block bearings are actually housings that have a bearing fitted into them. Bearing Block comes as a self-contained assembly, available in wide range of sizes. All we have to do is ensure availability of a flat and firm platform where two holes can be drilled which would be used to bolt the block down.

Bearing Pin

The bearing pin is a fixed bearing with a pin connecting the upper and lower shoes, allowing rotational tracking in the vertical direction.
